✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is unopened and in original, factory-sealed packaging

• The product is undamaged and has not been altered in any way

• The return is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The item has been opened or packaging has been tampered with

• The item shows signs of use or damage not caused during shipping

• The return is initiated after 14 days from delivery

🔄 How to Request a Return

• Email us at [your@email.com] with your order number and reason for return

• If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number

• Ship the item back to us using a trackable method — shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

💰 Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

• We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 10%) in certain cases

• Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.

At Big Texas Collectible Toys, we ship exclusively within the United States. We work hard to ensure that your collectibles are securely packaged and delivered promptly to your doorstep.

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on item size, weight, and destination. Shipping options may include:

• USPS First Class (for small packages under 1 lb)

• USPS Priority Mail

• UPS Ground / FedEx Ground

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

• Pre-orders will ship on or after the listed release date

We understand the value of collectible toys. All shipments are:

• Packed with care using bubble wrap, corner protectors, or box-in-box methods (as needed)

• Shipped in new, sturdy boxes to protect your items in transit

• USPS First Class: 3–5 business days

• USPS Priority: 2–4 business days

• UPS/FedEx Ground: 2–5 business days

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier. However, if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos — we’ll do our best to make it right.

📍 Shipping Limitations

• We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally

• We only ship to the 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii)
